People who smoke e-cigarettes fall into mysterious lung disease. The case is being investigated by the American agency CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), which admittedly recently narrowed the number of casesbut it does not change the fact that there are more and more people with serious health problems. Donald Trump has already organized a meeting at which he called for a ban on the sale of e-cigarettes. It seems that his appeal has been heard.

The world's largest chain of stores is withdrawing from e-cigarette sales – Walmart. Electronic cigarettes will not be sold in both Walmart and Sam's Club stores in the United States. The reason is – as stated in the internal communication – "uncertainty" covering the industry of these devices. Company representatives have announced that Walmart is out of stock and will not resume sales.

Walmart may soon be followed by federal authorities, which have already announced that will prohibit the sale of flavored liquids. Some countries, such as Uruguay, Brazil and Singapore, have now gone a step further and banned the sale of all products related to e-cigarettes. The deaths of eight people as a result of a mysterious disease in the United States should give food for thought to policymakers around the world.

E-cigarettes were advertised from the beginning less harmful alternative for traditional cigarettes. Of course, more research is still required regarding their potentially dangerous effects on human health, but reports from the United States have been enough for many people to give up a new, fashionable e-addiction.
