The reason is simple.

On November 13 this year, Motorola has returned with a classic in a refreshed version – of course, we are talking about the folding RAZR smartphone, which resembles flip-flop devices from years ago. The situation cleared up after months of leaks about the manufacturer's possible plans, but interested parties will have to wait a little longer. Motorola has delayed the release of its folding device. Reason? The interest of users around the world simply exceeded the expectations of the brand.

Motorola RAZR is currently an exclusive smartphone only in the US network Verizon – but its availability is expected to increase gradually with each subsequent month. The device stayed priced at around $ 1,500 and was to have its official, store premiere on January 9, 2020. As in the case of Samsung Galaxy Fold or Huawei Mate X customers will have to wait longer. The new dates of pre-sales and the official launch of Motorola RAZR have not been announced due to too much interest from users. In this case, we are not dealing with any technical problems, as was the case with competitors.

In an official statement for the service Gizmodo, Motorola informs that the demand for the RAZR smartphone exceeded all the manufacturer's forecasts, and Motorola itself decided to adjust the presale and regular sales so that the device will reach all interested parties. They haven't played it yet – at least in the context of folding devices.

The Motorola RAZR is a smartphone equipped with a 6.2-inch P-OLED screen that can be folded vertically. Under the device's housing there is space for the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor in combination with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of user data space. The weakest point of the device is definitely its battery – it has a worrying 2510 mAh capacity.

Who knows, maybe next year Motorola RAZR will also go on sale in Poland.
