A new wave of deception.
Danger reportsthat subsequent users receive fake SMS messages with information about the need for an additional fee usd 1 in connection with the change of the price list. Of course, people who do not expect any delivery should already guess at this point that it is a scam.

Criminals count on that the user clicks on the link in the message. There is fake PayU payment pages and here a trap lurks.

If the victim chooses his bank and enters login data, the criminal can log in to the account on the real bank site at the same time. All this to order a transfer for an amount higher than usd 1 or to add a new trusted recipient (to make transfers without authorization).
It is not the end. A request will appear on the fake page entering SMS password to authorize a transfer for usd 1. In fact, the code will be used by the fraudster to approve the operation. Of course, at this stage, the victim may find out that the authorization code does not apply to a usd 1 transfer, but to a much higher amount.
The intensified shopping period has already begun, so there will certainly be more such scams on the net in the near future. Therefore, special care should be taken when online payments and other online shopping operations are involved.
