ADATA presents a new and inexpensive SSD disk

  • 2

The popular ADATA brand has decided to create a new SSD carrier from the Ultimate series. I am talking about the SU750 model, which, due to the right price / quality ratio, should be of primary interest to users who are upgrading an older computer or a laptop with an HDD drive.

The SU750 model uses well-known and proven 3D TLC NAND memory offering a better price / performance ratio and higher performance and durability compared to 2D NAND systems. In addition, the disk is equipped with SLC Cache technology to achieve speeds up to 550/520 MB / s during read and write data.

What’s more, support for LDPC ECC technology allows detecting and repairing errors that may arise when copying data. Thanks to this, the data integrity and the lifetime of the medium itself are improved. In addition, every person who buys a SU750 drive will receive free dedicated software that enables easy and convenient transfer of the system or data from the old disk to a new one.

Thanks to a 2.5-inch housing with a thickness of 7 mm, the carrier is compatible with ultrabooks, notebooks, desktops and consoles. The disk can work at temperatures from 0 ° C to 70 ° C and is resistant to shocks with a strength of 1500 G / 0.5 ms.

Three capacitive variants of the described SSD – 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB will go on sale. The suggested producer price for the 256 GB version is 40$.
